now my question is that "extra pockets" doesnt belong there, 100 more capacity space, it doesnt fit there since its there i wont have a choice but to unlock it since i use to carry lots of loot.

a) Learn to use proper grammer. It's hard to read your question.

its needs to go with something related to streangth.. even as a smithing perk.

Pickpocketing is looting. Higher encumbrance allows more loot. Makes perfect sense.

Here's how it fits.

Pickpocket is a form of Sleight of Hand.

Sleight of Hand can be used to conceal items on one's person, such as small weapons hidden in pockets on the inside of one's clothing.

These extra pockets allow the character to carry more because the weight would be more evenly distributed on the person instead of all within an invisible backpack.

It'll be a fun activity to do to people minding their own business, a passing guard, or a noble in very fancy cloths.

It'll be HILARIOUS to strip someone naked, without them noticing at all as you pass them.

pickpocket equipped items? so armor, clothes,....

I find the Dovakiin impressive. When people here are asking how it'll be possible to get into a one-piece suit since grieves and the ciurass are murged, he's taking it off people without them even noticing.
