Reinstalling Morrowind GOTY

I just got my new (Windows 7) laptop and installed Morrowind GOTY on it. I installed all Morrowind first, then Tribunal, then Bloodmoon, the same as on my last install on my old computer. However, when I booted it up for the first time, I got these error messages:

Chunk size 10 too big in chunk WEAT_ID in form REGN_ID.

Max size is 8, data truncated to "

Region 'Felsaad Coast Region' Weather Chances do not total 100 percent.

After a bit of forum searching it seems that these messages normally mean Bloodmoon was installed incorrectly - so I uninstalled Morrowind and the Construction Set and set about reinstalling.

However, fafter I had installed Morrowind, Tribunal and Bloodmoon did not present me with 'Install' options, only giving me the option to 'Play', whereupon I encountered the same error messages as above before CTD.

I have tried to reinstall Morrowind again after manually removing all the components I could find; I also followed some advice from another forum and looked in 'regedit' to see if there were any components that were preventing a clean reinstallation.

But when I had opened regedit, HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, Software, there was no Bethesda Softworks folder even though I also have Oblivion installed in the same destination folder as Morrowind (C:Program Files (x68) Bethesda Softworks).

Any ideas as to how I could possibly fix this problem and achieve a clean reinstall of Morrowind GOTY?
