Demons & Angels!!!, like big giant ones the size of trolls, come in lots of variations.
Gargoyles
Huge Evil Knights, some even having their black horses with hooves on fire (nightmeres)
Ferocius Demon/zombie dogs
Swamp Giants (Huge giants made of mud)
Werewolves
Witches
Giant Squids
Giant Sea Eels
Ghosts
Bonelords
Goblins
Scary Living Scarecrows!! can be a great addition to plain terrain with farms at night!

Basically I've seen how epic do demons look in dark souls! Wish Skyrim would have demons ^.^

What creatures would you like to see?

I would much rather Elder Scrolls didn't turn into a playable version of Warhammer. So no deamons/angels/stupid people that set their horses feet on fire.

Your hostile enemy ideas are childish.

as long as the spiders we've seen so far are the only type I'm okeey. I'll probably start crying when they come with Tarantula-like Gaint Spiders.

Goblins I believe are already confirmed, I'm a bit edgy on this.
Werewolves are a possiblity.
Reanimated dogs are also possibly but unlikely.
Basically got witches, jsut called different things like necromancers, mages and the such.
Ghosts, already in.
Scarecrows. We got bats, does that count?
Bonelords, not sure what you mean by that, but if you mean skeletons then we got those.
Giant Squids and Sea Eagles (Cliff Racers will not be returning, ever, ever, ever.), highly unlikely, not enough fantasy.

Demons are already in a Deadra, but if you mean like biblical Demons thats not possible, would f up the lore.
Angels are already in as Aedra, but for biblical Angels refer above.
Gargoyles, not really TES, Gargoyles are original statues placed outside churches to scare evil spirits, and they havn't been seen on any church/cathedral/chapel/shrine in TES so I highly doubt so.

Huge Evil Knights...Just a tad too clichè.
As for Swamp Giants, I believe we have a variation of that, not sure what though.

Nah there are small ones too, we'll likely find ourselves surrounded and ambushed by a group of small ones too. If you're arachnophopic just equip your flame thrower-like spell and you won't have any problems
