I have W7 Home Edition and basic version of F3 game on PC DVD for Windows (without any add-ons) - czech and slovak versions.
When I try to install it, I can see only fist menu, then I click on Install and after few seconds when Installation process has been started I got

strange system message, that error -5006: 0x8000ffff has occured

Can you be so kind and help me?

After spending some time to try to solve the problem and hearing comments (expected) from Betsheda and MS, I will forget my money and put all Betsheda soft in trash AND SOLVED
Bad end, I loved F1 and F2 so much
