I don't even know why, I mean. Every time I see a NCR solider, or even a normal citizen I kill them O.o. I don't like the Legion either. I kill them as well, but not as much as the NCR. I'm all for the independant vegas or house in control. I don't like how they waltz in and try to take everything. anyone else hate the NCR? xD
