ok here it is when the game came out i played it untill lv 20 and everything just started to became hard (small theives in glas armor and so on) so i read the forumk and heard that i had played the game wrong i needed to put my major skills in minor and minor in major or something like that, ok fine i said and started. i played for a few days but then very quicky was bored (i usualy play a game 1 time and then maby ones more few years after) so i left the game. now skyrim comes out soon and i thinking about startrinhg the game again. so i ask you guys what mods should i choose (i usualy never mod) to be able to play the game like normal (major in major and minor i forget about using) and perhaps a grafich mod or something i am not out for a challange i just want the story in any game i play.

That largely depends on what you want the experience to be like for yourself.

I take it you don't like the level scaling, so using a mod like Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul or Oblivion Warcry: New Dimension might be a good starting point.

First rule of modding: take it slow. Don't try to do too much too fast, or you'll break something in the process.

First, you'll want the unofficial patches: http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=OblivionMods.Detail&id=1417 the http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=OblivionMods.Detail&id=2754 (if one is using Shivering Isles) and the http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=OblivionMods.Detail&id=2384 (if one is using an official mod).

Not just a 'creature-adding' mod, not just a 'difficulty' mod, not just a 'gameplay-tweaking' mod, Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul is actually one of the finest finest roleplaying mods around. http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=OblivionMods.Detail&id=1757 by Martigen, Corepc Dev_Akm Shadowborn is the perfect complement to Oscuro, adding much-needed spontaneity to Oscuro's static world. Crank Martigen's mod all the way up and Oblivion will feel as wonderfully unpredictable as an MMO. These mods are so inseparable to me I count them as one.

Two excellent character-levelling mods that do away with stat management, allowing the player to concentrate on roleplaying. Realistic Leveling tends to be the better mod for the more jack-of-all-trades characters or for characters that change during the course of a game. nGCD tends to be the better mod for characters that fit conventional Dungeon-and-Dragons archetypes and never deviate from that during the course of a game.

This mod allows the player to control the speed of advancement of each skill. Easily configurable via an .ini.

Oscuro and NGCD (or Realistic Leveling will go a long way towards removing the need to do efficient leveling.
