What city are you planning on living in.

So I know there hasn't been any info on houses yet but right now whats your preferred city for me its solitude because it has Imperial architecture and I play as an imperial plus its a large city meaning lots of good stores.

The only "city" I have seen was that small town in the gameplay demo. So I can't judge.

Some nice cabin in the woods near a lake preferably, if not just in the equivalent of the Imperial City.

If we can, a house in Riverwood, if not, Winterhold or Solitude.

My early home will probably be somewhere near Riverwood (even if you cant 'buy' a house in town) I'll probably spend a good amount of time in the early game talking to NPCs, trying out some jobs, checking out various game mechanics, go hunting, etc. My first character will likely be a thief so I'll practice some of those skills early on in Riverwood too

After that I have no idea what I'll do or where I'll live.

Either Windhelm if it is the City i think it is from the screens or a ocean/water side house/cabin.

Damn you can't sleep in NPC's beds anymore. I don't wanna spend my gold on costy taverns either, so maybe i'll buy a house when I'm rich enough to settle somewhere nice, but not too busy place. It should be big enough so all my epic stuff could fit there.
