I wish he talked about something other than Anvil. I only ever found him outside of Anvil, and he says nothing funny. He just talks about the Knights of the Nine plugin. Is this a glitch?

In related news, I've also never found him anywhere else. And I have a character who's on day 1850 (I admit, half that is probably from jailtime) with 100 hours played, and I've only spot him like, twice.

I do believe it is yes. as when i had oblivion for the 360 without KotN he would tell me much more,

and now (my 360 ist kapput) for the ps3 with KotN its all he talks about as well.

He stands outside Leyawiin as well, but he's harder to spot. Plus you can't really catch him when he runs between places because he's far too fast.
