I really wish skyrim had these 2 things...

Post » Mon Oct 10, 2011 9:53 am

Skyrim is going to be a great game I'm sure but, it would be even more amazing if it had:

A way to buy property and build houses or other buildings! Maybe a farm or smithing shop. Would be awesome.

Under water argonian city would be so cool. I don't even like argonians but that might give me more incentive to play one. I picture swimming under the buildings and coming up into air. Like an underwater dome.

Any other cool things u would like to see?

Yes but it has been 200 years since oblivion. Maybe they had a reason to build one in the last 200 years? Being the only race that can breathe underwater it makes sense.

Alright guys here is what I think we should do. Lets get rid of all the dungeon crawling, monster fighting, spell slinging, and lets make a mid-evil fantasy version of tycoon.

Edit

On second thought that is not that bad of an idea should call it skyrim tycoon addition, and make a mod for it.

Underwater breathing for a race that is bipedal means they live on the ground and just so happen to have an amphibious ancestry.

I love Argonians, but an underwater settlement is too far.

I thought the title said Skyrim 2 for a second there. Thought you were getting a bit ahead of yourself

OT, right now there is nothing more I want. To me it looks incredible. I'm sure that once I play through the game I'll pick on some things that I feel are missing, but hopefully none are too big.

Skyrim = coldest province. The water on the NORTHERN border of Skyrim? Coilder still.

No lizard, that can breathe under-water or not, could live in the freezing waters of Skyrim.

Better visibility underwater - so you can see past the end of your nose whilst swimming (be cool if you could have better underwater vision as a spell) would also be cool if there where some bigger monsters in the water (like the size of the giant slaughterfish in Oblivion or bigger)

WEREWOLVES - I so miss those from Morrowind (I play on Xbox360 sans live and never downloaded any mods for oblivion) I've heard talk of werebears as they would better fit in with Skyrims backround lore, that would be cool but you cant beat a good old fashioned werewolf!

If there was an underwater Argonian city I couldn't see it being in Skyrim, land of the Nords, just doesn't make sense to me.

I like the first idea, I like it a lot.

As for the second one... even though they can breathe under water... wouldn't it be a bit cold for them there? :P

We still use our thumbs fyi

A more acurate comparison would be "Humans have hair on our bodies because we once needed our hair to keep warm" (Im talking general body hair here, you know, the kind alot of people even shave off)

Your cool things don't look that cool to me

I'd rather have:

- a debug mode
- a console logger
- a 64bit executable
- an integrated bug tracking system
- a completely customizable UI
- a 2D map
- custom map markers
- a decent mod manager
- a spellmaking system
- location specific damage
- optional advanced shaders such as SSAO
- directx11 support
- mudcrabs! A lot of mud.. oh wait

Ok, maybe I'm asking for too much.. the first 10 should suffice :P

You could always play Minecraft if you're interested in building things.

And Argonians are not Gungans. Let's keep it that way.

Edit: Also, your post subtitle couldn't be more wrong.

What about if the settlement was sitting on top of the water like one of those poor fishing villages?.
