doubt it's leaked... we would know almost everything about the game by now not just the map... and I saw that same map like 4 days ago...

I'm pretty sure the guy that got the map stated that the map was on display at a games show in Russia. They were able to get a high res scan or camera pics of it and stitch the pieces together. He gave the impression that anyone that went to the show would have seen the map, so it isn't that big of a deal.

Bethesda probably has the maps printed by an outside company. Any employee of that company could potentially have access to them. The leak is probably just an indication that the maps have been printed.

they were able to not mention it to anyone even their families for 4 years I dont think the game has been leaked

It reads bottom left on the map: ATTENTION! The names on the official map may be slightly different.
