I purchased the new 360 slim, My oblivion goty edition won't boot up, I put the disc in it spins for a few seconds then the 360 just says open tray? The game doesn't boot, I deleted everything that had to do with oblivion to see if that would help but it did nothing. Any help would be appreciated.

See if it does that with another game. Also, check to see if the disc is scratched. If it's scrached, it may need to have some polising done- I've heard it can be done with toothpase (but be careful- do it wrong and you're out a GOTY Oblivion.)

Disc is not scratched it is in perfect shape, Disc a and disc b both do the same thing. Every game I have tried has worked so far, except oblivion.

Are you able to install the game to the Hard Drive? Does it interrupt you with an error code?

NO error code and won't give me the option to install. When I put in the disc it says reading than changes to open tray, nor error doesn't tell me anything.
