Can anybody tell me the best radio mod to use, so that I can listen to my own music?

can't you just replace the mp3s that come with the game with mp3s of your own? never tried, because i like the feel of the in-game music, but i believe it is possible

Yes I believe that is possible, but I kind of wanted a new radio station entirely, so that I could switch to my own music, then maybe switch back if I wanted to listen to the other and kind of have the atmosphere that the game music has.
