Wrye Bash Unable to Start

(I have a feeling I might have posted this in the wrong place...total noob here! x_x)

I decided to finally use Wrye Bash.
Unfortunately, every time I start the launcher, it is unable to start.
This is because there is "No module named wx" or whatever.

I scoured the internet, trying to find answers (even reading dead threads on his forum) and I either found nothing or I just didn't understand the vague solution.

I checked the BugDump thing, it says:

"Found Python at 'C:\Python27\python.exe'
Launching Wrye Bash in debug mode
Wrye Bash starting
Python version: 2.7.1
wxPython version: 2.8.12.1 (msw-ansi)
input encoding: cp437; output encoding: None; locale: ('en_US', 'cp1252')
bosh.py 8428 __init__: Missing master file; Neither Oblivion.esm or Nehrim.esm exists in an unghosted state in C:\Documents and Settings\Myk\Desktop\Oblivion\Data - presuming that Oblivion.esm is the correct masterfile.
basher.py 4808 __init__: Wrye Bash in ANSI Mode"

I'm pretty sure I installed everything correctly (the Wrye Bash installer itself even saying that I have all of the prereqs), but, being totally new at this, I could be doing something wrong.

*The only reason why I even wanted Wrye Bash was because I read somewhere that it allows MAO to be tweaked to make it so that all NPCs (vanilla and modded) use the default stuff while the PC uses custom anims. If there is a way to accomplish this through some other mod somewhere, that doesn't require Wrye Bash, please tell me!

Thanks.
