New Vegas Folks behaving badly in one way or another

I have been playing NV for well over 500 hours and just today find good'ol Cliff Briscoe having a dandy time http://i588.photobucket.com/albums/ss326/bigcrazewolf/NVGeneralPics/ScreenShot6.jpg :rofl: , I absolutely love this game :fallout: aftrer all this time it's still giving.

I still find new things in NV, even though I have completed it for a while now.
