a few days ago when i was playing Fallout it ran fine. it ran perfectly. after a while of not playing. i recently reinstalled a game of mine. after deciding to play FO3 i started it up. one thing i noticed was that the game was lagging badly... so i tried a different video settings. second thing i noticed. in full screen it wasnt fullscreen... it was windowed with a bit of the screen off to the edge... can anyone help me with this problem?
