How much are they worth??

Are you asking what the total sum of all the item's value is?
But, assuming you mean the stuff you can take without getting trouble...
The silverware, Mazte, Flin, and the book (The Firmament) equal about 250 gold.
If you're lucky, you can find some good random ingredients in the sacks downstairs. Sload Soap, for example, is worth 50.
All the redware, bottles, and other minor clutter probably equal around 50 gold.
Don't forget the little locked chest has 31 gold.

The real treasure is, of course, the Limeware Platter which is valued at 650. You just have be quick enough to drop it before the guard can confiscates it.

Well, yes, and no.
The first time you steal in front of the guards in the Office, they will take your stolen goods and put them in the evidence chest.
It's easy to drop the Platter before the Guard speaks to you.

It's nearly impossible to give you a reasonable estimate. The price depends on your skills and attributes, the skills and attributes of the merchant you're selling to and the disposition of that merchant toward your character. I'd say my characters have gotten anywhere from 200 to 1000 gold.
