Topic. I got hit by a....i suspect it's a Glass Jinkblade, wielded by a dunmer in Hlormaren. The icon has disappeared, but the character still does not move. What could be the problem? Is there some solution?

I play a custom class Nord, with two Constant Effect Items on, if that's of any help. This has occurred before, with an Earwig spell from an Ash Slave, and reloading usually did the trick, but now even that does not work. Oh yes, and i also had a slight problem with my previous save. This new one is labelled the same.
