So I have been having this reoccuring problem where a headless and naked redguard spawn when I attack someone, its name goes something like YAC FTD NPC followed by a bunch of numbers and stuff, does anyone who has played these mods know what might be causing this problem:

It's most likely Pursuit Enhanced as that is a known bug that Yacoby has listed down. It happens to me as well. I believe a fix is listed in the mod's readme.
