[RELz] Undead knight + medieval weapon collection

Post » Wed Oct 12, 2011 8:37 pm

These items were part of an unfinished dungeon mod I was making for Oblivion. Since Skyrim is about to be released, I decided to quit Oblivion modding and to continue this mod with TESV instead.
However, the work I did already should not be for nothing, so, here it comes as a small resource pack for those who don't want to give up on Oblivion modding already.

edit: could someone please rename this topic to Undead knight + medieval weapon resource? Thanks. :)

Honestly a shame you'll be quitting modding Oblivion just because of a different game, but it's your choice.

These are some very impressive meshes, especially the undead knight.

Thanks, these are renderings from 3ds max. The swords look nearly similar ingame.

I'm really looking forward to Skyrim and the new possibilities it offers. Unfortunately I won't have the time to make mods for both Skyrim and Oblivion.

Whoa, these look freakin' awesome! Nice work! I'm making notes for a Paladin mod and these swords would be perfect.

BTW, I wonder how good Skyrim could be compared to modded Oblivion.

What's the texture resolution on those?

512*2048 for most of the swords, some of them even are up to 512*4096.

@Shikishima: thanks, I'm also happy to see that there are still people from the very beginning around. :)

Soooo are you going to work on a horror style mod like Ivellon for Skyrim? That would just be wonderful.

Right. As I said, actually it was supposed to become a mod vor Oblivion. But since I didn't get it done during the semester break I decided to try it again with Skyrim. Apart from the swords I also did some level design that can hopefully be implemented into TESV as well. The only thing I did in the CS so far was the http://img243.imageshack.us/img243/6717/oblivion201008310130518.jpg.
