Physical Appearance

Post » Thu Oct 13, 2011 9:38 pm

I know this thread has probably been started before, but...................

I was curious if in Skyrim there has been any news on if your character's physical appearance is effected by the way you choose to play?

Example: A warrior style character being more muscular.

I know this isn't Fable and I know I'm probably an idiot for making this thread but I need answers!!! :P

don't think so since there are weight sliders in the character creation (as in skinny and muscular)

There's a slider that will make your character slim or buff in the 'character customization'

On that note, is anyone going to make theirs skinny for RP purposes? mines going to be a wandering alchemist hunter/huntress (cant decide) and i was thinking of making them slim and wear some kind of weathered robes/hunting gear.

Yeah, it doesn't do it automatically but if you intend to be strong you can just make your guy buff.

Yeah you decide that before the game.

I plan to just be an average height and an above average weight/build because I don't want to be small. I don't think that would be believable [and I just don't want that] for my Breton Battlemage.

You can be a flower picker and still look like Hulk.

This system sounds good in theory, but doesn't work in practice. Imagine trying really hard, to create a good looking female character, and slowly watching her turn more and more into she-hulk as you level up. :S

Hope there is a part of the slider who is similar to me: decent sized mucles, but a little bit isolation :P

personally i was very disapponted in lack of torso options in character creation macho muscline character is impossible , i have created my own character creation plugins in passed like "F8ce" in which i could modifiy to work dirrectly with skyrim geometry making modding features for modding comunity much easier , sadly i have chosen to only mod for non bethesda titles from now on
