I would hunt down that sob. If I married this girl I obviously love her so I will do something to get her back.

Pretty much this.

I would probably be in a deep state of depression, but enraged at the same time and find and make it my personal business to rid all dragons until I die.

Another poster made this comment to something similar. NOT my idea (I wish it was):

In Skyrim...this is called divorce.

That was indeed me xD

vow an eternal vengeance against the dragon race, leading you to become "Dovahkiin." At least, that's my character's story.

Depending on if I liked her [which I don't know why I wouldn't] I would be upset if she did die.

But I save VERY often so if I wanted her to live on I would just load back to my last save.

I might lose a little stuff but probably not more than 10-20 minutes and my wife would be alive and I would probably tell her ass to go back home just to be safe.

That is why I make mods. I don't want to reload my save game, but I also think it's too cheap making companions essential so they can't be killed. So I made a mod where you give your companion a special item that makes them essential, but if they get "knocked out" they can't get back up again like an essential companion can. They stay down until you cast a special "revive" spell on them. So its more like diablo 2 where you could buy resurrect spells for your fallen friends. It's a lot more balanced and there is a cost. Needless to say I will recreate this mod for Skyrim if they don't have a proper "resurrect" spell.

Using the necromancer stuff is more like bringing them back as a zombie, they are not the same. I think necrophilia is frowned upon, lol.

But who knows, it would add depth to the role playing if I let them die and then grieve and all that stuff, then maybe get remarried. If the NPC's have some depth to them I probably would go this route. Have to wait and see :)

Either way that is one dead dragon. I'm going to burp his soul out after I eat it, lol. Fus da RAHBuuuuurrrrp!

There's a cool mod idea right there. Be able to use a dragon soul to resurrect your loved ones, so there is a significant cost to raise someone from the dead. So you can use a soul to save a soul.

Scenerio 1 (if i liked her) i would: round up a posey and hunt down the dragon
Scenerio 2 (if i disliked her) i would: still round up a posey and instead of killing the dragon i would thank him kindly and have a party in his den to celebrate the witches demise.
