Stormcloaks vs Battleborn

ok, so until now I figured the stormcloaks and the imperial army were the two rival factions, but in http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sry4ymzLmuQ&feature=feedlik update, he says battle born and stormcloaks...
are they two rival factions of rebels fighting to take the throne or what? Anyone know more?

id assume battle born = imperial army
