Where will your money go first?

A big 'ol fat axe. :hubbahubba:

Though it will probably be taken from me by a Breton witch after I get too friendly. Is there a draft in here?

A good, big, fat SHIELD!

Ah a good shield, how I love thy, big and round or boxy, even little bucklers are nice but not as nice as a good tower shield. The smooth handle for a rugged plate of metal, thick and strong taking blow after blow!

Yes, I believe a good shield is worth far more than some simple coins.

It depends on how plentiful spell tomes are. You need the tools of your trade in order to advance in it. Of course, it also depends on what safe storage is available, as crafting will undoubtedly mean collecting materials.

Oh, dear!

Houses, horses, supplies, what's a body to do?

My vote was for, other, as in all the above, lol.

Morgueanna's question reminded me of an old poem:

How goes the money, well
I'm sure it isn't hard to tell.
It goes for rent and water rates.
Bread 'n butter, coal and grates.
Hats, clothes, hoops and hose,
And that's the way the money goes.

Lol...

That's so cute! Where did you hear it?

I honestly have no idea yet. After many new starts on oblivion you start to learn good habits.

For example, I would get all the potions and lockpicks I could from the starter dungeon, go straight to the imperial city and sell the potions, that would give me the money to get some spells and/or get gear from the other local shops.

I don't know how I'll spend it until ive played it, to put it short.
