Will the areas will be refilled with beast, enemies the chests with new loot and the plants will grow again after you harvest them.

personally i would like all areas to be refilled aftersome time.
and for me a real treasure would be a key that can open anything.

i plan to play having a single character for a long time. so yeah respawn is a big yes for me.

I too would like to see respawns, but only after an extended period of time.

I have mixed feelings on respawns. Generally speaking if I clear out a dungeon I don't expect to be able to go back and encumber myself with fresh loot. Plus, if the dungeons are going to level lock then it would seem likely the loot would be crap loot compared to one's level upon returning later in the game.

even after finishing the last misc quest i would like to be able to wander around and respawns and refills would make it more interesting.

Jewels, coins, gauntlets, maybe boots and helms, and perhaps one handed weapons. But no 68 inch claymores in a footlocker like you found in OB.
