You haven't watched the demo footage from E3, or the official ones released by Beth last month? Your mind must have been blown when you got to play! What were your overall impressions of graphics/sound/water?
The only stuff I've watched are the two trailers, the demo 'highlights' from PAX (or some other expo) and the stuff from EuroGamer. It was a conscious choice not to watch the 3 demo videos from last month, because I want to experience Skyrim for myself. And yeah, it
was mindblowing!
And Graphics: Freakin' beautiful. Really freakin' beautiful. But not photorealistic, although this seems to be an art direction by Bethesda. And I really like it,
Sound: I didn't hear much, it was quite quiet, but what I did get was a remixed version of one of the Oblivion themes (my favourite, don't know where to start looking for it though), and some battle music, which was really cool. I didn't get to hear any of the creature noises, though.
Water: Much better than Oblivion's, looks realistic now - but as I said, the see-through-water glitch is still alive and kicking

Well I've read others that seem to have slightly more happening than yours. But it seems like going in a different direction than everyone else, although maybe making you see less of the world, let you really see some completely different things. At least we know there's still far more out there.
You've also got to consider that most official sources had around an hour to look, whereas I has a quarter of that.
