Maybe moon sugar as another drug, but just that as far as drugs go. There will probably be a lot of booze, seeing as Nords are a very drink influenced people.

"Drunken" camera is fun of done well.
Skooma halucinations would be hilarious. For instance seeing all people as sheep or something equally odd.
And ofcourse pipes kinda fit.

Addiction and that kind of things... Nah, too close to hardcoe mode things, which I'm not very fond of.

Meh. I just don't understand the point. Maybe for the extreme role-player it might be of some importance, but for me it isn't something I even think about.

Was kind of funny watching Niko all drunk and falling all over the place in GTA IV. But I never just went and got him drunk just to watch him do it though. :shrug:

I don't see an issue with more drugs, booze and other chemicals/ingredients.

After all, mankind has searched for ways to intoxicate themselves ever since the dawn of all things.
