In fable two there was a dropped gameplay element that if you were a female and got pregnant then you'd get a large tummy and you would have a lot of combat drains like less fatigue and strength and you'd die alot easier and it would be harder to fight but they dropped it and made it that your baby came out instantly. I feel like skyrim should have this because they could handle it alot better. It would be fun to fight dragons while having a baby in you!

Aww come on, i doubt that it would drain stamina. Remember that athletic sprint Padme does in Revenge of the Sith? Even though she is suppose to be pregnant with twins. I have never seen a pregnant woman move so well.

I don't see how being a pregnant character would be fun. Plus, if you died the 'child' would also die, and I don't think ESRB would allow dying 'children'.
