Lol! I already paid off CE by trading in games to Best Buy. ^_^ 18 Gamecube and Xbox 360 games later (a few newer games, like L.A. Noire) and I got $178 in total. This will just be some extra money to grab the Guide now for reading sometime in the future, and the DLC of course.

Obviously, you didn't read it. There are no character building tips. It's mostly new background information on the game world.


Well I looked at the sidebar and there are a bunch of books you can click on. I assume reading a Russian translation written for what may as well be a poem for Skyrim could get very confusing so I chose not to try. Best save that for the game when it comes out and I doubt they're all that interesting anyway.

Well me too. I covered that in the OP and sub-title.

I actually did some research on this and asked an actual Russian speaking friend of mine to look into it, this is not a leaked guide, it's actually fan made. Sorry. =/

And no, I don't have a "source". I just have someone who speaks russian who can prove the validity of his statements and showed them to me, albeit I can't speak Russian so he told me what it said.
