Name the Skyrim mini-game.. : V

I was doing some casual research about games people played in the medieval times and middle ages, and I was pretty http://www.middle-ages.org.uk/entertainment-middle-ages.htm as to what they did back then. I think Skyrim will be more immersive with other role playing opportunities as well, I am just not sure as to what or how much. Seeing as Witcher 2 had dice, arm wrestling and Red Dead had dice, poker etc, I figured Skyrim will have some other mini-games or contests that the PC can try.

What do you think will be the prevalent mini-game in Skyrim or what would you like to see?
