Skyrim's Construction Set : V

I'm going to assume the answer to my first question is yes, there will be a TES:CS for Skyrim just like all the previous TES games so unless I'm wrong, don't answer that one.

My second question, do we know what the release date for the Skyrim CS is yet or is it still hush hush?

Also, what additions can we expect in this version of TES:CS? Will we be able to plug into the Dynamic Story system at all?

It will be called Creation Kit.
