Essentially I ignored the objective in the "Free Labour" quest that told me to retrieve my stuff as I was pretty much over encumbered anyway. Thinking I would walk a slow journey back after Ive finished the quest.

However, I got out expecting to see the Safe there, with Mex giving me the key to get it all back... but no. No safe.

I kinda need my stuff back.
Have looked on Wiki, and searched these forums, and I can't find an answer.

Any console codes I can use to get the Safe back?

Try the locker in the arena prep room instead. Your stuff is just moved once you win all your battles.
