Have we seen what the Quest journal looks like yet?

I'm interested to see how they've improved this section of the UI. It's not a point on the compass part is it?
I'm sure it will look just as slick as the rest of it.

They said you access it through the pause menu, and Im gonna guess it hasn't been given a big visual overhaul like the other things.

Well as long as it's slightly improved, I'll be happy. It was mostly fine how it was in Oblivion, so it should be fine.

All I know is that it will be more organized and easier to use.

I can't remember correctly, but has/has not there been info that main quests will be on one page of the journal, and side missions on another? Either way, I hope it is a little more manageable than Oblivion's. After picking up a lot of quests, I would be drowning in a journal page looking for specific quests.

I hope it's only on the pause menu for consoles, due to lack of buttons, and has a simple one button press for pc. I'd hate to have to pause the game then select another button just to see the journal everytime I was lost etc.

This is a good catch. I wonder if any of the hands-on people have even opened their journals :)

You can press pause from within the 3D map to bring up the journal as well. During the demo, when Todd is viewing the map, it says so at the bottom of the screen. The stats menu is a separate tab within the journal. Andrew Reiner from Game Informer said the journal looks "clean and slick" like the rest of the UI.
