Just thought I'd stop by and see what the general consensus is on Crysis 2 by this point... Honestly, I heard the game is already dead. Thoughts on gameplay, servers, Crytek support, population, etc.?

I'm personally still playing Crysis Wars and enjoying it (yes it's still struggling along with a meager population, but not dead quite yet), going to move to BF3 after that hoping it will impress.

We're all still having a ball on Crysis 2 even with the bugs. I'm waiting for my BF3 copy also.

A patch would be more reasonable, but also a free dlc would be tempting.

They definitely need to do something to lure ppl back to the game, and if the current issues are fixed by then, players will stay and the game wont be "half - dead".

The numbers are down as peeps explore BF3, and soon MW3. But this game is incredible. If EA can go with a spectator and some free DLC, the game will grow.
