Skyrim Ending

Post » Sun Oct 16, 2011 7:25 pm

I'm going to say this only once okay, now listen you aren't my daddy or mommy no matter how much you want to be, therefore you have no control over me. And excuse me for having a bad morning and only to get annoyed by this thick headed moron who can't except his idea is flawed while at first in his other thread I tried talking logic to him only to finally tell him what he is in his second thread. Like I said you don't have any control on me, so please go boss other people around.

That'll help your argument.

I say we keep this thread up just for the fun of watching that poll everyday.
Poor OP.

Now your making sense if I am reading your reply right, are you saying arguing with him is useless because he is a thick headed moron?

One thing I love about TES is that you can continue after finishing the MQ...but I always sort of lose the will to play my current character after beating the MQ. :teehee:

I'm just happy we have the option!

I'm the same way after I beat the main quest.
Usually I'll beat the main quest, then make a new character and complete one of the guilds.
Then, I'll create a new character, and complete one of the OTHER guilds.
Then, create a new character and do all the shrines.
Kinda like that. I eventually have saves for every race and type of character. (thief, warrior, mage, hybrids, sword wielder, blunt wielder)
You all get the idea.

I was saying it won't help your argument by calling him a thick headed moron. Although I don't think you can reason with him so what the hell, go ahead.
We all know he's an idiot but apparently there is this rule about not insulting each other and stuff, and I can't be arsed waiting the 3 weeks it takes a Mod to 'review' a thread when personal insults are used. :P

to me the worst thing about these games (TES, fallout3) is they end....

i wish these games would just go forever until i get bored of it.

hopefully this new radiant story will help with that :)

I wonder if the OP gets annoyed with movies that dont say "the end" once its finished?

I don't normally read forum rules, they kinda get boring after a while. They aren't normally straight to the point, I don't feel like reading the rules because they normally exeggerate it a little bit too much when explaining the rules.

The guy expressed his opinion, even though it is wrong. :teehee:
As you can tell, I found the original Fallout 3 ending to be ridiculous in a game that champions free reign and control. To adopt such an attitude to a TES game would be even more so. It's an incredibly restricting design choice, especially in open/free world games.
Thank you, but no thanks.

I didn't get it from the rules just the constant complaining coming from the moderators when someone is called an idiot.

I know, and even Todd Howard has said it was a mistake to lock off the game at the end of FO3 like they did. And if he thinks it was a mistake, and I think it was a mistake, then for me it was one huge mistake.

Exactly. Todd has spoken.

*Reads above post*. He is the god of The Elder Scrolls. :spotted owl: And he has spoken.

If this plays out anything like previous Bethesda games, I won't finish no main quest in a long time.
There need to be a good main quest that makes sense and serve as the backbone in the game. It
needs to be there to hold it together, as the red thread to connect events taking place. But as far
as playing it out...that can wait (unless certain parts HAS to be done in order to make big parts of
the game accessible). I am more about the exploring every little nook and cranny. Peek and poke
and prob everything to see what happens. I like the epic journey, the adventure aspect of these huge
open sandbox style games.
