Negative Skills : IV

Hi folks,

As you can see from the screenshot's below, I noticed that I have somehow acquired negative skills, most prominently on athletics. Is this normal? I do have a few mods on, but none that I am aware that should cause this. At this point I am just not sure if this is a genuine game mechanic or not. My attributes are all fine, and I have cured all diseases at an altar. I do not have any clothing or items that cause negative buffs, and I have checked under active spells and I have no diseases or other negative effects active.

If you have the UOP, it has an option available to fix these. First, make sure you are naked so no item enchantments can interfere with the next step. Open the console, type startquest uop, select restore broken attributes/skills, and then restore skills.
