Rebuilding the Blades. : V

Hey i've got an idea for an expansion pack/DLC. A whole ques line about rebuilding the blades. Recruiting training and building a new stronghold akin to Cloudruler Temple but in skyrim. Now that you a dragonborn is there they have a reason to be alive again. And with the help of your last of the blades compadre you can gather old knowledge gain support and re-learn the art of making the armor and weapons of the blades.

Don't the Blades already have a stronghold in Skyrim? Cloud something temple or something similar to that?
