Here is the issue, installed some mods, nothing foreign, did wrye bash, and now my loading screen and my menu (internal to the game) is in a foreign language. Everything else is in English. Has anyone seen this. The only mods I added were some companions, two of them, and a couple of Sloth's mods.

I think you should go to the http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/forum/25-oblivion-mods/ then. That gets more attention, and since your problem seems to be mod related, you'll get a better answer there :thumbsup:
