How many of these do you think there will be of that size and depth?
In Oblivion, they were pretty small. If you couldn't battle, were too weak, ran out of provisions, weapons were broken, etc, you could very easily retreat to the exit, leave, and return once you were ready and rearmed, etc...
WELL, you better make ABSOLUTELY SURE that you're READY for a LONG trek into a large dungeon in Skyrim. Almost as if it's a journey that takes planning and preparation, as if climbing Mount Everest or something.
Otherwise you might find yourself unable to proceed at some point and get killed or something being a LONG way from the exit. Although, perhaps there are multiple exits (though I hope not).

Well you might say: "Well a '2-hour dungeon' doesn't mean that it's huge necessarily, just a lot to loot/look for". Whereas that's true I think for a dungeon to take 2 hours to search would then logically HAVE to be large, yes?
Your thoughts?
