Will the DB quests mess with pother quests? spoilers

I know in Morrowind, the assassinaton quests really messed with other guilds - because you killed them. Does doing the DB quests do the same in Oblivion?

I don't think so. You have to remember that pretty much any quest-related NPC in Oblivion is essential.
