GOOD NEWS! GOOD NEWS!

If the asset archives are anything like Morrowind, Oblivion, or Fallout, we PC gamers need only delve into the \Data\Music folder to get at 'em. They won't be BSA'd or anything. :)

Alas, we can't exactly share them with others...

AMEN

FYI the link in your sig is broken.

I'd rather know when, personally.

If Bethesda would just release Sons of Skyrim, I'd have it on loop for the next twenty-five days.

Okay? I really couldn't care less about the soundtrack.

I'm with you actually. I'm going to put upwards of 800 hours into this game, spinning the soundtrack outside of that would be like hanging out with your coworkers outside of work. No matter how awesome they are I'm around them 8 plus hours a day 5 days a week I DON'T want to be around them any more than that. Eventually I'll be playing my own music with the game so yeah.

Why do you guys want the soundtrack, you don't feel you'll have listened to the music enough with all the hours you'll be playing?

Meh, I don't get why the soundtrack is such a big deal, it's not like it's the time of music I'd play driving to work in the morning.

The thing is... I've practically done this... It actually sort of depresses me that so many people just disregard the beautiful work of Jeremy Soule like that :shakehead:...

I read this topic title in the voice of Professor Farnsworth. I hope I'm not the only one.

Anyways, if Skyrim is like any other Bethesda game, the entire soundtrack comes in .mp3 format in the game files anyways.

Oh ok. I will enjoy it in the game. I couldn't imagine sitting around listening to it just because.

And no person above me, you are not the only one. "Good news everyone!"

Its not ridiculous A games Music tells alot about the Game! And Some of us like the music so much That we like to purchase it!

Jeremy Soule releases all his soundtracks via his website. So this does not need confirmation. Im not attacking the soundtrack, Im attacking a very misleading thread title.

Neat, I have the Oblivion Soundtrack on this small MP3 and would always here the music on the drive to school, and in between classes, although I had a tendency to jump a bit when the combat music started playing.
Been a while since I done that, mostly because I am way to lazy to buy a new battery.
