I was talking to a guy earlier who said the only games he would play were 1st person exclusive, dis-believing this i'm now out too see if this is a contained epidemic or a widespread horror film of COD players AHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!! jk jk not a flamer thread lol.

First person exclusively. (except for forced instances of third person that I do not wish to be in....)

I play first person but not because of COD (I don't even have any of the games). I play it on the Elder scrolls because 1: its immersive and 2: because its practically one of the only fantasy games that ALLOWS you to play in first person lol.

I constantly shift between first/third person without really thinking about it. For platforming and travel I prefer third person, but for interacting with characters and combat I prefer first person.

I do that too. I also use 3rd person when I'm peeking around corners when sneaking around.

First-person view just makes the experience better, especially when coming from a role-playing aspect.

First person. Though unless they have mirrors in Skyrim I'll be using third person to look at myself.

I love 1st and 3rd person games. The Batman games are a great example of fantastic 3rd person games. With ES, and other RPG's, I like to be able to look at my PC and the clothes or armor s/he is wearing. So I will be playing both first and third person.

More or less, This.
Apart from I did try to attempt to fight in Third Person in Oblivion, but it just didn't look as great at First Person fighting. In my opinion anyways.
