will there be more eye color in skyrim than the standard blue, green and brown? not including racial eyes...

There will be blind eyes (white). That leads me to believe there will be variation in eye color

It looks like yes, I've seen white eyes and red eyes on the same character. I think Dunmer have red eyes, black eyes and white eyes. I think Altmer have gold eyes but I'm not definite on that.

dunmer by lore must be red eyed or blind if not red eyed sort of thing, and the gold eyed altmer is a new thing

As for human eyes, there's the usual mix of blue, green and brown, but I'm sure if you zoom in you can see some different hues.

EDIT: Just looking through those, we can see Khajiit have black pupils but yellow, orange or blue irises; Argonians have pale green or yellow irises; Dunmers eyes are red or pinkish; Bosmer's eyes can be so dark that they're practically black; Orcs have a wide variety of eye colour, from blue to grey to red to black.

In short, yes. There's lots of variety.

From the pictures I've seen there is more variety yes. But what do you mean by racial eyes? Does that only include the beast races? Because technically they all have racial eyes.

You can be blind in either or both eyes (in appearance only, it doesn't effect game play)
I've seen different shades (dark-light) of the base colours you've mentioned as well as those that look more grey or yellow.

How they will handle this, either with multiple colour sliders or pre-set options though I do not know.

Think I might make my first character appear blind.....

Well there are multiple models with one blind, and one normal eye. Plus I heard somewhere you can have two different eye choices.


All these races look so awesome it's going to be hard to stick with just Khajiit. I might even have to put aside my hatred of nasty, greasy, toxic Argonians because they can have feathers and curly horns. CURLY HORNS.

There seems to be more variety compared to the previous games not sure to what extent but looking at the presets and the screens there's more

So far I've seen

dot pupils, line pupils, dilated pupils, scarred eyes, white eyes, and the regular colours.

Well I'll be damned......... :celebration: I now have even more to consider in character creation than I thought.......the sheer number of possibilities is amazing!

I wonder if anyone has noticed this but one of the preset characters has two different colored eyes. The second row of male Redguards in the presets.

So apparently we can give our character's multicolored eyes.

EDIT: Dammit!!! Ninja'd!!! :ahhh:

I would actually love the ability to give both eyes a different colour. Now that armor has been merged, it should be technical possible.
