It's just a Mudcrab. It can most likely be killed in 3 hits at an average level.

No, you're wrong. The most terrifying thing is Skyrim is Alvor the Blacksmith... when he's not blacksmithing in the smithy. You do NOT want to know he does on his free time.

I love the way these new mudcrabs look. Those claws really look like they can do some damage.
