First post, so excited for this game.

Just wondering if anyone else is planning on playing through the game without using fast travel. It's going to be epic... and tough.

I RP so it takes me out of the moment if I fast travel so no I won't be.

I probably will. One of the first mods to Oblivion I did was to disable Fast Travel and add a Travel Network. Playing first on PS3 I'll just resist the temptation, but I'll use ingame services like carriages.

I plan on using it just as little as possible. At least until I have the map revealed.

Of course I will run and jump to every place I go. How else would I increase me Athletics and Acrobatics?

I will fast travel between settlements but not from or to "the wilderness"

In oblivion you could travel anytime anywhere you want, and that wasnt cool. I used fast travel only to the places i have already been and pathi have already taken because i didint feel like walking the same path again and again, thats just hell boring.
In skyrim in other hand you can fast travel only to the places you already visited so i think its ok, so im gonna use it, not always but pretty often, for example when i did a quest and i need to go back for a reward.

I will try to play without it, because the world seems so beautiful and I want to explore everything! Sometimes when I'm really bored of going from point A to point B 24/7 I will probably use it :sadvaultboy:

When I was playing Oblivion I didn't use fast travel at all, and in the end it got a bit boring, so I think I will use fast travel in Skyrim. But I'll try to use it as little as possible. I like exploring!

I plan on using fast travel a good bit.
