My specs:
Win7-x64 SP1 (every update loaded, including vc++ redist and directx)
F drive = RAID0 for games
Oblivion updated to v1.2.0.416
Graphics: Radeon HD 6950
Ram = 8Gb
Testing so far:
completely wiped out files from the My Games/My Docs folder
OB is NOT installed at it's default location. It is currently on my F drive (F:\Oblivion)
I tried compatibility mode of XP SP2&3
Graphics updated to the absolute latest drivers
Mobo using the latest drivers
