So I just downloaded http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=11280 mod. I had heard that it was pretty good. So I downloaded it, and put all the files in the right places (or at least I think I did)
After that, I launched oblivion using the OBSE launcher, and was greeted with http://img695.yfrog.com/i/screenshot9l.png/
Still, it seemed alright, so I loaded my game.

But then, it got even worse. When I initiated dialogue, I couldn't click the options, I had to press up and down on my keyboard. Like http://img514.imageshack.us/i/screenshot4i.png/
And the esc menu looked like http://img59.imageshack.us/i/screenshot5on.png/, and I couldnt click it with my mouse.

Have I messed up somewhere?

Looks like you forgot to make the changes in the oblivion.ini under [Fonts] to use the darui fonts. Read the readme. Or best yeat install it as an omod, this way it will make all the changes for you.

Use OBMM and the DarkUI omod There are manymany options to choose from.

Problems fixed now. I somehow missed the installer :facepalm:
