I reckon it will be down to content in books and such, or maybe what's implied in certain lines of dialogue. I don't think there will be anything much more explicit that that.

There should be no scenes as such, but there should def be fade to black when getting intimate with your wife. Same goes for buying six in the taverns or whatever.

I will be disapointed if there isnt a fade to black with the wife because that would be kind a lame. Like never any six between them.

Oh and its funny that some reason: well you can keep all six out of the game i dont play games for six...

Err im 28 and im married, and i play bethesdas game for fun and to rp my char. The main char not being to able to sleep with his wife is a major rp flaw in my eyes.

The way it was handle in fallout 3 and new vegas was good.

Hopefully that means we're getting the old version of The Real Barenziah back...

You realize that the "sixual content" label has to be applied even if something as simple as cleavage is shown or there is even a slight bit of innuendo in the language used.

Read the in-game books about Barenziah in Daggerfall compared to same book in Oblivion. Oblivion tried for the 'Teen' rating and actually had to even edit that books text.

I'm sure the rating is because of the violence since most prudes think violent video games cause violent behavior, if thats the case I would have dozens of bodies in my closet I've been watching horror movies since I was like 5 and playing violent games for like 20 years. Heck I let my 12 year old play Sims 3 and there is Woohooing on there its all under covers and fireworks but still babies come from doing it.

I would hope that this would be possible, but that maintaining a platonic relationship would also be possible. Not all romantic relationships involve six, after all.

If the Sims can get away with it and be rated T (or E on the DS), then I think Bethesda should grow a pair and go for it.

Worst case scenario, conservative-extremist parents have a hissy-fit, try to go to court about it, only to have the door slammed in their faces because a game already got away with it and has a rating LOWER than Skyrim.

Besides, there are FAR worse games in terms of both violence and sixual content (God of War, GTA, etc)

A few sixual references and stuff, can't imagine much more than that.

I miss the house of earthly delights in suran. that was cool and funny, and i always downloaded the naked better bodies mod, not because i wanted to see nvde naked characters in game, but the underwear always looked horrible so nvde bodies was much preferred over the horrible loin cloth things. IMO i'd rather an rpg game either not have any marriage sixual stuff or if they want to put marriage and relationships in then dont half ass it, go the full length and put everything in, otherwise its kind of lame. either go with it or without, not half of one then it doesnt work so well. I;d be quite happy not to be able to have relationships/marriages at all in skyrim, but if they are going to have that then they might as well put in six and all the real stuff to go with it. I mean it is role playing.

It's sixual themes, not content, huge difference. Don't expect boobies without a mod. Basically romancing plus marriage counts as a sixual theme.

The FCC noose is a tight one... I'd expect 1950's style sixual suggestions. the lighting of a cigarette, the pan away of the camera during a kissing scene- stuff like that. lol.

I plan on being celibate (In game ) till I've done everything else the game has to offer. Companions/Husbands/Wives would just cramp my lone rogue play style. Will probably check it out after all else is said and done though and will likely then incorporate it into my 2nd play-through and beyond.

I remember reading the ESRB article and it wrote that people (npcs) occasionally talk about six like we do in real life and that that's all regarding sixuality.
