Rage (from Bethesda) already was released with all this restrictions on Russian Steam. You just need to activate it on Steam with code from the box and voilà.. just download english pack and enjoy..
Patch (for Rage) downloaded exactly when it was released. No delay here.

So the only problem you might still have is how far is your game shop. 'cause Russia's really huge! 8)
And yeah.. it'll be 499 rubles for jewel edition and 900 for limited.

В общем судя по Rage проблем ваще никаких. Жалко конечно что в цифре нельзя купить, но даже если получится, серваки стима в день релиза так просядут, что еще неделю качать будешь.
