Which DLC to choose from?

I've just come back from my Fallout 3 100% playthrough, but New Vegas seems lacking, but people have said the NV add-ons are good, but I haven't played any of them, except for Dead Money, Which I ABSOLUTELY DESPISED OF. So which one is pretty good?

I think Old World Blues sounds like it'd be up your street. Like Dead Money, it's a self-contained story set a little way away from the Mojave wasteland, but one that owes more to the basic Fallout formula. You're exploring a crater from the comfort of a home base with a big overarching quest and a few little sidequests, rather than being whisked away and asked to follow some psycho's instructions.

Lonesome Road is very good too, and it ends the story on a high note - challenges your beliefs and eventually forces you to make some pretty grave decisions - but it's very, very linear. It's like a Tomb Raider game, almost, in style - some exploring, but mostly fighting enemies through a variety of different levels until you reach a final goal.

Old World Blues sounds more your "thing," but one thing that very much counts in Lonesome Road's favour is that you're allowed to leave any time you like. Old World Blues probably has the better gameplay (and the story is wonderfully silly, so it doesn't feel as relentlessly bleak as Dead Money), but if you are sick of the Big MT that's just too bad; you're not allowed to leave until you've finished the plot.

I'd recommend either. They're very different experiences, and both very different flavours to the Mojave, but there's plenty to sink your teeth into.

I'd also say that Lonesome Road adds a lot of extra colour to the New Vegas storyline, whereas Old World Blues is relatively detached, so if you're looking to make New Vegas' story feel a litle more substantial, Lonesome Road is probably the way to go.

Isn't there another one, like Hearts or something? But thanks for the advice.
