(excuse me for my English!)

It seems that my graphic settigs cannot be saved. I change the settings to Ultra High, but when i start the game ther graphics are in low. I will attach screenshots to show what i mean. I tried several solutions to my problem but nothing seems to work.

1st solution:
1. I went in offline mode in Steam.
2. Open the launcher.
3. Change the settings to Ultra High.
4. I went online in Steam.
5. Start the game (I checked the graphic options before starting and they were in Ultra High)
6. Nothing changed, my graphics are still in low.

2nd solution:
1. Verified Integrity of Game cache
2. Started the game but nothing Changed.

3rd solution:
1. Deleted ini files
2. Verified Integrity of Game cache.
3. Started the game but nothing Changed.
